Ernest made this the best and quickest car buying experience ever. There were no gimmicky nonsense sales tactics as I've experienced at other dealerships that made me dread the car buying experience. The flexible follow-up methods of communication (texts, quick call, email) with Ernest made finalizing the "deal" easy. I also appreciated Ernest taking the time to show us some of the vehicle's features before we took it home. Luke and Brad were also helpful and informative. I recently bought a beautiful used F-150 truck from Ernest Winters. He went above and beyond by filling the gas tank, having the vehicle washed, and his promise to pay for the first oil change. He is an excellent communicator throughout the buying process. Stacey made the financial process easy and stress-free. Lillie is the dealership dog. She walks around the showroom and greets the customers. She relieved my anxiety and made me happy. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Middleton Ford. We have purchased two Ford F150s from Middleton Ford. We worked with Steve Statz both times. He has since been promoted to Fleet Manager. Steve is great because he is straightforward in working out a fair purchase price and trade-in without any of the dealer games or tricks. He is also very knowledgeable about trucks and he understands the various options and towing packages. We have all of our maintenance and service done here too because it is easy to schedule an appointment and their prices are competitive. A shout out to Sean O'Brien who was the service advisor I worked with during my last visit. He is a friendly guy and is very efficient.

I personally find vehicle shopping to be extremely frustrating and exhausting. I live about an hour and a half away from Middleton Ford, so it was not my first option when I began my search. After stopping at several, local to me dealers, I extended my search outward to other dealerships in hopes of finding a preowned F-150 to my specs. I called Middleton Ford near closing time on a Thursday and I was fairly blunt about my interest in a specific truck on their lot. I was met with a straight forward response to my inquiry. I filled out my credit application online and was followed up with immediately the next morning both by the salesman and the finance department. We agreed on a final price over the phone, and I was at the dealership 2 hours later (on Friday). Again to my surprise was greeted at the door with the truck keys in hand. The truck was pulled out and waiting for me, cleaned and with a full tank of gas. After a quick test drive I was quickly brought back to sign my paperwork and complete the transaction. My entire time at the dealer was under an hour! I took my motorcycle to the dealership (my previous vehicle was totaled) and I was again met with quick assistance when it came time to loading my bike in the back of the truck to take both vehicles home. I would 100% recommend considering your next purchase from Middleton Ford. Through and through a wonderful experience with respect to my time and requests.

Middleton Ford has been very good to work with on all our vehicles. We have a Fusion, and Edge and a Bronco Sport that have all been serviced extensively at Middleton Ford. The people I have dealt with for all the service needs have been very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgable. The prices are in line with other garages, sometimes better depending on what I have done. They are good about calling with any questions, updates or when the vehicle is finished.

Worked with Jamie on a truck purchase from a few hundred miles away. He was super responsive and helpful. We were planning to be in the Chicago area for the weekend, so we swung up to Middleton to check out the truck in person. Jamie had it washed, gassed up, and ready to go when we got there. No pressure, he was personable and easy to work with. The dealership didn’t try to tack on a ton of fees or sell us stuff we didn’t want. We even received a package in the mail a few days later with some extra keys the previous owner sent them. Overall, a very pleasant, easy, and quick experience.

Jarrett knew the ownership history and was able to provide a demonstration all of the features I asked about. He and Jeremy agreed to give me an extended test drive of the vehicle, and when I decided to purchase, they gave me a fair price and a good offer on my trade.
