We were familiar with this dealership because we bought a Ford Focus there several years ago and have always had it serviced at the Middleton Ford dealership, which has a very professional service department. For buying a new SUV, we worked with Trevor, who followed up on all of our questions and then located our dream car, which we ended up purchasing within about two weeks of making the decision to buy a new car. Our new Escape is a fabulous vehicle - by far the best driving experience I have ever had. It's nice looking, but for me the three best things about this vehicle are: first, the features that make driving safer (the 360 degree camera for backing up, which we were skeptical about until our test drive, when we realized how much more visibility this provides) and the adaptive cruise control, which makes interstate driving much easier; second, the incredible gas mileage that comes with a hybrid; and third, the fact that this car is UAW-certified and made in the U.S.! Thank you to Trevor and Middleton Ford for making the experience of buying a new car such a positive one!

This is our third used vehicle that we have purchased at Middleton Ford in the past 20 years. We do shop hard before we make a decision and we just seem to find the right vehicle (low miles and in above average condition) at a reasonable price back at Middleton Ford. Nic was wonderful to work with and gave us a lot of information about the vehicle we were interested in. We got a fair price for our trade-in and the negotiations for the purchase were very friendly. We would probably go back to Middleton Ford if we ever are looking for another vehicle.

Love sales and finance! Top notch people! But every encounter with service has left me not happy. No communication and my Ford app tells me schedule service but really not supposed to. Quick lube sucks for customer service. Way too crowded even when u have appointment that u have waited for 2 weeks.
